The particulars of commissioning, keeping, and closing your Vetrina website.
Vetrina ("we") designs, builds, hosts, and maintains business websites. The service costs a one-time setup fee of $499, followed by a subscription of $49 per month.
After successful payment, we aim to have your site live within 24 hours.
You may request a full refund of the setup fee and any paid subscription within 14 days of your initial payment, no questions asked. Email hello@getvetrina.com to request it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record.
Your subscription is billed monthly. It includes hosting, SSL, human support, and content changes handled for you, subject to fair use.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your site is taken offline. On request, we will provide an export of your site content.
You confirm that you have the rights to all content and branding you ask us to publish. We build from information you provide, or from publicly available information about your business that you confirm.
Your domain remains yours. If we provision a domain on your behalf, we will transfer it to you on request.
Payments, taxes, and card data are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. We never store your card details.
The service is provided as described. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We sometimes prepare an individualized website preview for a business as a private marketing proposal, using publicly available information about that business. Preview sites are unlisted, excluded from search-engine indexing, and clearly labeled as proposals. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the business shown. We remove any preview immediately on request (email hello@getvetrina.com). When a business becomes a customer, they grant us the license needed to operate their site and confirm they hold the rights to the content we publish for them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of your own country.
