What we collect
- On preview sites: anonymized visit analytics, including hashed IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and timestamps, so we can know whether a preview was viewed.
- If you claim a site or contact us: your name, email address, and business details.
- In correspondence: the emails you exchange with us.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing, and we do not use ad tracking. Card details never touch our systems; Dodo Payments handles them as our payment provider and merchant of record.
Retention and deletion
We keep business contact data while it remains relevant. Email hello@getvetrina.com to have your data corrected or deleted.
Outreach
We occasionally contact businesses using publicly available contact information. Every such email includes a working opt-out, which we honor immediately and permanently.
